只因少做了「這件事」 46歲富二代中風風險竟比86歲爸高

運動讓人不老！一名高齡86歲的企業家，堅持每天運動2小時，除日行萬步以上，更搭配一點重量訓練，雖然自覺體能慢慢不比從前，卻維持著良好體態及充沛精力，跟46歲兒子一同健檢更發現，自律神經整體活性竟比兒子好，醫師表示，反倒是幾乎沒在運動的兒子，發生中風、心肌梗塞等風險比老爸爸高。
榮新診所主任康宏銘表示，該名企業家大老接受自律神經功能檢查（心律變異性分析），自律神經整體活性極高，比實際年齡少了30歲以上，一同體檢的第二代，雖然年紀較輕，但作息不正常，常熬夜，也幾乎沒有運動習慣，自律神經整體活性不僅低於同齡族群，甚至比自己的父親還要低很多。
自律神經就像彈簧，康宏銘形容，是人體生理面對壓力的彈性所在，控制著人體的心跳、血壓、呼吸、消化道、膀胱、腺體分泌等功能，對身體健康相當重要。
康宏銘說，自律神經整體活性會隨著年齡而變化，自20歲後開始逐漸下降，40歲後更是明顯降低，一般來說年輕男性的交感神經活性較高，年輕女性以副交感神經的活性較高，隨著年齡增加，兩者逐漸接近，而交感神經與副交感神經的作用有如油門與煞車，必須有一個適當的平衡。
醫師提醒，外界有眾多因素會影響自律神經的活性，包括年齡、性別、壓力與情緒、睡眠狀況、體適能好壞、有無規律運動習慣，有無慢性疾病，特別是糖尿病等。
康宏銘強調，自律神經整體活性高，代表身體的抗壓性高，可降低心肌梗塞、腦中風、失智症、癌症的發生率，他臨床觀察，許多各界的成功人士，確實都有較高的自律神經整體活性，而平時養成良好運動及生活習慣，能提高自律神經整體活性，讓生理年齡比身分證上更年輕。
康宏銘建議，養成規律的生活作息，固定的體能鍛鍊，避免菸、酒、噪音暴露，適度的放鬆活動，像是禪坐、瑜珈等，並配合均衡飲食、控制體重，都能提升自律神經功能。
