高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
近韓者赤老王沾光？韓國瑜也上麻將桌

國民黨三顆太陽競逐2020年總統提名，前立法院長王金平已整軍完畢，陸軍早已就定位，目前正在全台舉辦感恩餐會、簽書會以及接受媒體專訪打空戰，至於海軍的部分，包括高雄市長韓國瑜在內等多位與王金平「心靈相通」的縣市長若齊聚表態支持王金平，將在藍營捲起一股大海嘯。

依照目前三顆太陽的民調，朱立倫領先、王金平居次、吳敦義位居第三，朱立倫最早表態，王金平則是不斷拋出議題製造聲勢，吳敦義是否參選則是仍在考慮中。
去年九合一選舉，王金平協助韓國瑜打贏高雄市長選戰，成為韓流推手，成功為自己拉近與韓國瑜的距離，成為最靠近韓國瑜的太陽，在黨內一片「近韓者赤」的情況下，王金平的聲勢隨韓流持續加溫。
王金平鴨子划水，逐步走完全台各地，透過在各地舉辦感恩餐會或新書發表、簽書會保持熱度，尤其是在高雄場與韓國瑜合體，王金平並拋出「只做四年」，被外界視為向挺韓勢力遞出橄欖枝。
王金平近期也開始接受電視、廣播媒體的節目專訪，不斷拋出議題來拉抬聲勢與製造討論度。
韓國瑜的一舉一動動見觀瞻，如果韓國瑜不出馬，挺韓勢力勢必成為兵家必爭之地，以王金平在高雄市長選舉所幫的忙，韓國瑜支持王金平是理所當然，但王金平能成功整合多少挺韓勢力，將是王金平追上朱立倫的關鍵。
不過，若韓國瑜在2020年提早出馬，那朱王吳3顆太陽將會同時殞落，國民黨也會提早步上韓國瑜的時代，但截至目前為止韓國瑜要出馬的可能性還是不高，因此，在韓國瑜上麻將桌前，3顆太陽還在各自努力想辦法先胡牌。
